Job Responsibilities:
- Market and place US-based consultants (H1B, GC, US Citizens, OPT, CPT, L2, TN, etc.) on various client requirements.
- Build strong relationships with Tier-1 Vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
- Proactively identify, engage, and close positions for bench consultants across technologies.
- Manage the entire sales cycle: job requirement matching, negotiation, submission, and interview follow-ups.
- Maintain a strong database of vendors and develop long-term business relationships.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports and consultant pipelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in US IT Bench Sales.
- Strong knowledge of the US IT staffing market, visa classifications, and hiring trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of consistently placing consultants with top vendors and clients.
- Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets.
- Proficient with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, etc. and ATS like Ceipal, Oorwin, etc.
