A Service Delivery Ops Analyst manages and resolves client queries, monitors operational metrics, and ensures service level agreements (SLAs) are met. They analyze data, streamline processes, create dashboards, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance overall delivery efficiency.Core ResponsibilitiesProcess Management: Adhere to and document process maps/SOPs to ensure 100% compliance with client delivery guidelines.Performance Reporting: Track KPIs, provide insights for Weekly/Monthly Business Reviews, and generate performance reports.Client & Stakeholder Support: Troubleshoot inquiries, resolve operational bottlenecks, and escalate complex issues to senior management.Data Analysis: Analyze operational data to solve complex problems, reconcile transactions, and drive continuous process improvements.
