Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage end-to-end service operations of the workshop.
- Build and improve service volume at the current setup.
- Ensure all workshop operations comply with applicable legal and statutory requirements, including Pollution Control Board, Labour Welfare Board and other regulations.
- Effectively manage the workshop team, including technicians and service staff.
- Ensure strict adherence to service quality standards and company processes.
- Drive workshop profitability through effective resource and operational management.
- Monitor and achieve key service KPIs, including:
o Service Retention
o Service TAT
o Parts Target
o NPS
o VAS Sales
o Customer Satisfaction
- Monitor workshop performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Maintain high standards of customer experience and service quality.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient workshop operations.
Ideal Candidate
- Degree / Diploma/ Mechanical.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in automotive workshop/service operations.
- Strong experience in workshop management and service operations.
- Excellent technical and communication skills.
- Strong people management and leadership skills.
- Good understanding of service KPIs, workshop profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of automotive service processes and statutory compliance.
- Ability to multitask, manage teams and handle operational challenges effectively.
- Candidates with experience in automobile dealerships, EV service, or two-wheeler/four-wheeler service operations will be preferred.
