A Facebook Ads Manager plans, executes, and optimizes paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram)
analyze audience data, manage ad budgets, and A/B test creatives to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and drive conversions or lead generation.
- Campaign Strategy: Design and implement comprehensive ad campaigns aligned with business goals (e.g., brand awareness, lead generation, e-commerce sales).
- Ad Operations: Set up targeting, bidding strategies, and ad placements using Meta Business Manager.
- Creative Testing: Conduct A/B testing on ad copies, images, and videos to identify high-performing content.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like Cost Per Click (CPC), Click-Through Rate (CTR), and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
- Data Analysis: Interpret campaign dashboards to make rapid, data-driven optimization decisions.
- Pixel and Tracking: Set up and maintain the Meta Pixel and Conversions API to ensure accurate conversion tracking.
- Experience: 1–5+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads Manager, often with specific industry focus (e-commerce or B2B).
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of custom audiences, lookalike audiences, retargeting, and tracking tools like Google Analytics.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to interpret data, spot performance trends, and formulate actionable insights.
- Creative Competence: Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop) or strong copywriting skills to collaborate effectively with creative teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
