Job Opening – IT Support Engineer
Location: Nemawar Road, Indore, Madhya Pradesh
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
- Install software updates, patches, and security fixes.
- Configure and troubleshoot email clients and collaboration tools.
- Support LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi, VPN connections, and internet connectivity.
- Monitor IT systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Perform routine system maintenance, backups, and recovery procedures.
- Document incidents, solutions, and technical procedures in the help desk system.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff or vendors when necessary.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets, including computers, peripherals, and software licenses.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and training to users on IT systems and applications.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
