We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced General Manager to lead Business Development, Operations, and Back Office functions. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and the ability to drive business growth while ensuring smooth process execution and high service standards.
*Key Responsibilities*
1.Business Development & Client Management
Drive business growth and achieve revenue targets
Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships
Handle client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and key accounts
Monitor market trends and strengthen customer retention
2.Operations Management
Oversee end-to-end operational activities and service execution
Ensure quality service delivery within timelines
Manage manpower, machines, vehicles, and operational resources efficiently
Coordinate between Sales, Execution, Purchase, and Support teams
Monitor reports, productivity, and operational performance
3.Back Office & Administration
Supervise billing, documentation, MIS, reporting, and administrative systems
Ensure accurate records, attendance, invoices, and operational data management
Improve internal processes, workflow systems, and inter-department coordination
4.Leadership & Team Management
Lead, train, and motivate departmental teams
Conduct performance reviews and regular operational meetings
Build a disciplined, process-driven, and high-performance work culture
Resolve operational and team-related challenges effectively
5.Strategic & Financial Responsibilities
Support strategic planning, budgeting, and business forecasting
Monitor operational costs and improve overall efficiency and profitability
Ensure proper utilization of company resources and assets

Experience in Facility Management, Cleaning & Maintenance Services, or Service Industry preferred
