Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain customer data in the CRM system.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams for order processing.
- Update customer records, follow-ups, and communication details.
- Generate reports and maintain daily CRM activities.
- Track pending orders, payments, and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely responses to customer queries and complaints.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.
- Problem-solving and customer service orientation.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
