Manage overall civil construction activities.
* Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients.
* Monitor project progress, cost, quality, and safety.
* Manage manpower and material requirements.
* Resolve site issues and project delays.
* Prepare progress reports and update management.
* Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and schedule.
