About the Role We are looking for a sharp, creative, and efficient Short-Form Video Editor to take charge of producing high-impact Reels and Shorts. You will be editing content across multiple business ventures and a rapidly growing personal brand. If you understand the psychology of social media hooks, dynamic captioning, and how to keep a viewer glued to the screen for the entire video, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Edit Short-Form Content: Transform raw, unedited footage into high-retention Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts. Dynamic Visuals: Apply fast-paced cuts, kinetic/animated captions, sound effects (SFX), background music, and relevant B-roll to maximize engagement. Brand Alignment: Adapt your editing style to match different tones—ranging from clean, professional business authority to engaging, story-driven personal branding. Batch Production: Manage and deliver multiple edited videos per week on a consistent schedule. Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with the latest short-form editing styles, transitions, and platform trends. Requirements Proven experience editing short-form video content (Reels/Shorts/TikToks) with a strong portfolio to prove it. Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or advanced mobile/desktop tools like CapCut). An eye for detail: flawless audio leveling, color correction, and perfectly timed cuts. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and take constructive feedback on board quickly.
Pay: ₹23,000.50 - ₹33,809.60 per month
