Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements to determine quantities and costs.
Prepare and review project budgets and cost plans.
Obtain and evaluate quotations from contractors, suppliers, and vendors.
Assist in tender preparation, floating, comparison, and evaluation.
Prepare comparative statements and support contractor/vendor selection.
Monitor project expenditures against approved budgets and identify cost variations.
Prepare and verify contractor bills, RA bills, measurement sheets, and payment certificates.
Track material quantities, labour costs, and other project-related expenses.
Manage variations, extra items, deductions, and claims during project execution.
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and administering construction contracts and work orders.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Architects, Contractors, Procurement, and Accounts teams.
Maintain proper records of quantities, costs, contracts, purchase orders, and project documentation.
Conduct regular cost reconciliation and variance analysis.
Ensure all works and financial documentation comply with project specifications, contractual terms, and applicable standards.
Support final account preparation and project closure.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization and value engineering without compromising quality.
Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, rate analysis, and cost control.
Knowledge of construction materials, specifications, and methods.
Good understanding of contracts, tenders, procurement, and billing procedures.
Proficiency in MS Excel and construction-related software.
Ability to read and interpret civil/architectural drawings.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
Excellent documentation and coordination abilities.
