Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong B2B experience in the study abroad industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing business partnerships, onboarding overseas education agents, building university collaborations, and expanding the company’s network across different markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new B2B partners, study abroad agents, and channel partners.
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and international education institutions.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with potential partners and universities.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and business terms.
- Coordinate with internal counselling and documentation teams for smooth partner support.
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve partnership targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing partners and ensure long-term business relationships.
- Represent the company at education fairs, networking events, and industry meetings.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities in the overseas education sector.
- Prepare reports on partnership development and business growth activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of B2B business development experience in the study abroad/overseas education industry.
- Strong network with study abroad agents or universities is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Good presentation and business coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel for meetings and business development activities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in university onboarding and international partnerships.
- Knowledge of international admission processes and study abroad markets.
- CRM handling and reporting skills.
