We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Mathematics Faculty who can teach Mathematics to Class 11th & 12th students, NDA aspirants, and students preparing for competitive examinations such as IIT-JEE.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Mathematics to Class 11th and Class 12th students with strong focus on conceptual clarity.
- Prepare students for CBSE/School Board examinations as well as competitive examinations.
- Teach complete NDA Mathematics syllabus according to the latest UPSC NDA examination pattern.
- Train students for competitive-level Mathematics required for IIT-JEE Main/Advanced and similar entrance examinations.
- Develop students' concepts from basic to advanced level.
- Teach shortcuts, problem-solving techniques and time-management strategies required for competitive examinations.
- Prepare and conduct chapter-wise tests, weekly tests, mock tests and revision sessions.
- Analyse student performance and identify weak topics.
- Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions.
- Prepare assignments, practice sheets, question banks and test papers.
- Solve and discuss previous-year questions (PYQs) for NDA, JEE and other relevant examinations.
- Maintain proper academic progress reports for assigned batches.
- Complete the syllabus according to the academic schedule and batch deadlines.
- Provide individual attention and mentoring to students wherever required.
- Coordinate with the academic team regarding syllabus planning, tests, student performance and course improvement.
- Be comfortable teaching both school-level and competitive-level Mathematics.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Mathematics teaching experience is mandatory. If online teaching experience like youtube class with reputed organization will be preferred.
- Candidate must have strong command over Class 11th & 12th Mathematics.
- Must be capable of teaching NDA Mathematics.
- Candidate should have experience or strong knowledge of IIT-JEE level Mathematics.
- Strong command over topics such as Algebra, Trigonometry, Coordinate Geometry, Calculus, Matrices, Determinants, Probability, Statistics, Vectors and 3D Geometry.
- Excellent conceptual knowledge and numerical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to explain difficult mathematical concepts in a simple and student-friendly manner.
- Must be comfortable handling students of different academic levels.
- Good communication, classroom management and presentation skills.
- Experience in a reputed school, coaching institute or competitive examination institute will be preferred.
Candidates currently residing in Chandigarh, Mohali or Panchkula will be preferred for selection.
Preferred Candidates
Preference will be given to candidates who:
- Have previously taught NDA + Class 11th/12th Mathematics offline & Online.
- Have experience teaching IIT-JEE Mathematics.
- Have produced good results in Board, NDA, JEE or other competitive examinations.
- Can handle both Foundation and Advanced Mathematics batches.
- Can teach students using both conventional methods and smart/digital classroom tools.
- Have experience developing test papers, assignments and academic content.
- Can take responsibility for students' academic performance and improvement.
Educational Qualification
Preferred: M.Sc. Mathematics / B.Sc. Mathematics / B.Tech / M.Tech / or equivalent qualification with a strong Mathematics background.
Candidates with exceptional teaching experience and a proven track record in NDA/JEE/Class 11–12 Mathematics may also be considered.
