Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file tourist visa applications for clients.
- Verify passports, photographs, bank statements, income proof, travel itinerary, hotel bookings, and other required documents.
- Ensure applications are complete and comply with embassy/consulate requirements.
- Fill out online and offline visa application forms accurately.
- Upload documents to visa portals where applicable.
- Schedule biometric and visa appointment slots.
- Track visa application status and update clients regularly.
- Coordinate with embassies, visa application centers, and internal counsellors.
- Maintain accurate client records and confidential documents.
- Resolve documentation issues and follow up on pending cases.
- Stay updated on visa rules, documentation requirements, and immigration policy changes for different countries.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of tourist visa documentation for countries such as the gulf countrie, Schengen Area, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and others.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office, email, document scanning, PDF editing).
- Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
- Time management and organizational skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Experience in immigration, travel, or visa processing is an advantage.
- Knowledge of visa portals and embassy procedures.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
