Job Title: CNC Programmer – Dies & Mold (1–2 Years Experience)Key Responsibilities:
- Develop CNC programs for die and mold components using CAM software.
- Generate tool paths for 3-axis CNC milling machines.
- Interpret 2D drawings and 3D CAD models accurately.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, tool holders, and machining parameters.
- Optimize machining cycles to improve productivity while maintaining quality.
- Perform program simulation to identify and eliminate collisions before machining.
- Support CNC operators during machine setup and prove-out of new programs.
- Modify and optimize existing CNC programs to reduce cycle time.
- Coordinate with the design, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve machining issues.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish as per engineering drawings.
- Monitor tool wear and recommend tooling improvements.
- Maintain program revisions and CNC program backups.
Required Skills:
- 1–2 years of experience in CNC programming for dies and molds.
- Knowledge of CAM software such as Mastercam, Powermill.
- Ability to read engineering drawings, GD&T, and 3D CAD models.
- Understanding of machining materials such as tool steel, aluminum, and hardened steel.
- Knowledge of cutting tools, feeds, speeds, and machining strategies.
- Familiarity with CNC controllers such as Fanuc, Siemens.
- Basic knowledge of jig and fixture concepts.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Tool Engineering, or Production Engineering.
- Experience in mold manufacturing, die making, or precision machining.
- Exposure to high-speed machining (HSM) is an advantage.

- CNC program accuracy and first-pass success rate.
- Machining cycle time optimization.
- Reduction in tool breakage and machining errors.
- On-time completion of programming tasks.
- Component quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Continuous improvement suggestions implemented.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
