The HR Training and Development Officer is responsible for identifying training needs, designing effective learning programs, and implementing employee development initiatives to enhance organizational performance. This role focuses on improving employee skills, fostering career growth, and ensuring alignment with company objectives. The officer works closely with managers and employees to assess training requirements and deliver solutions that maximize workforce potential.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree or certification in Training & Development (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, or similar) is a plus.
- Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in HR, training, or employee development roles.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and instructional design.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS).
- Ability to analyze training effectiveness and measure ROI on programs.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
