Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager (HORECA Sales) to manage and expand our business with 3-star, 4-star hotels, resorts, and other institutional clients in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG sales, particularly in spices, atta, and related food products, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building long-term relationships with key clients in the HORECA (Hotel/Restaurant/Café) segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Identify, onboard, and manage key accounts in 3-star, 4-star hotels, resorts, and large restaurant chains.
Build and maintain strong relationships with chefs, procurement managers, and F&B decision-makers.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business through excellent service.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
Achieve and exceed sales targets for SFO (Spices, Flour, Oil), RBH (Rice, Bran, Honey), Atta, and other products.
Develop customized solutions for clients based on their menu requirements.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and supply agreements.
Market Expansion & Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities in the HORECA segment.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market demands.
Work closely with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies for key accounts.
Supply Chain & Order Management:
Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Reporting & Analytics:
Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights for business growth.
Use CRM tools to manage client interactions and sales pipelines.
Key Requirements:
8-14 years of experience in HORECA sales, preferably in FMCG (spices, atta, flour, edible oils, etc.).
Strong network and existing relationships with 3-star, 4-star hotels, resorts, and large restaurant chains.
Proven track record in key account management, B2B sales, and contract negotiations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to understand chefs’ and procurement teams’ requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with hotels, resorts, and institutional clients.
Knowledge of foodservice industry trends and procurement processes.
Familiarity with SFO, RBH, Atta, and related product categories.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
