We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Pastry Chef to join our laboratory of flavor. Key Responsibilities Production: Handcraft a wide range of eggless pastries, cookies, and specialty breads (Sourdough, Hokkaido Buns, Focaccia) following established recipes. Quality Control: Ensure every product meets Doughchemy's high standards for taste, texture, and visual presentation. Innovation: Assist in developing new seasonal flavors and limited-edition "eggless" masterpieces. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of premium ingredients and minimize waste. Maintenance: Maintain a clinical level of cleanliness and food safety in the kitchen. Requirements & Skills The "Eggless" Expert: Proven experience in eggless baking is a major plus. You should understand how to achieve perfect textures without traditional binders. Artisan Mindset: Experience with sourdough fermentation and delicate dough handling (like Japanese milk bread). Precision: Ability to follow technical recipes and scale ingredients accurately. Passion: A genuine love for the craft of baking and a desire to learn "Doughchemy" techniques.
