At Springfield School, we believe music is more than just a subject — it’s a universal language that helps students grow emotionally, creatively, and intellectually. We’re looking for a vibrant and dedicated Music Teacher to inspire young minds across Grades 1 to 8 and help build a dynamic music culture in our school.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Bring energy and creativity to music classes for students aged 6–14
- Teach rhythm, melody, notation, and basic music theory in fun, interactive ways
- Lead singing, keyboard, and percussion sessions — and spark joy in every note
- Prepare students for school programmes, competitions, assemblies, and cultural events
- Encourage students to compose, perform, and express themselves through music
- Collaborate with fellow teachers for cross-curricular projects
- Lead school choirs, bands, or music clubs (if interested!)
Who You Are:
- A graduate in Music, Music Education, or a related field
- Skilled in voice.(At least one instrument keyboard preferred, not mandatory)
- Experienced in teaching children or young learners (preferred, not mandatory)
- Creative, patient, and enthusiastic — with a true love for teaching
- Open to learning and growing as part of a supportive faculty team
Bonus Points If You:
- Have experience organizing musical performances or productions
- Know how to use music apps, tools, or digital instruments
