ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Founder Success Manager, you are every founders champion the person who makes sure each Quantum member feels seen, supported, and on track from day one to their breakthrough. You sit at the intersection of relationships, data, and execution, with full ownership of the health and momentum of the entire Quantum cohort. You make sure no founder ever drifts, no win goes unnoticed, and no one reaches a renewal decision feeling unsupported. This is a highly visible, deeply impactful role at the very core of what makes Quantum world-class.
01. Founder Relationship & Accountability Ownership
- Own the relationship with every Quantum founder. Be the warm, reliable human they turn to proactive, present, and genuinely invested in their success.
- Run the weekly Monday CEO Scorecard process, and personally follow up the same day with every founder who hasnt checked in. No founder goes silent on your watch.
- Hold founders accountable to the commitments and action plans set with the team kindly, but firmly. You are the gentle pressure that keeps them moving.
- Make every founder feel that someone is watching their business as seriously as they are. That feeling is the heart of this role. 02. The Control Room & Health-Score Management
- Own the Quantum Control Room the team’s single source of truth, one row per founder, always current and accurate
Update every founder’s weekly health score and Green / Yellow / Red status, drawing on check-in data and inputs from the expert team.
- Maintain the founder-facing Momentum Board — celebrating progress, streaks, and milestones to keep energy high across the cohort.
- Keep all data clean, accurate, and reporting-ready at all times. Crisp records, crisp insights. 03. Proactive Intervention & Escalation
- Act on every at-risk signal fast — reach out to Yellow founders the same week, and intervene on Red founders within 48 hours.
- Run the escalation playbook: route founders to the right expert (CRO or Performance Marketing) or to the Founder for strategy — before they even ask.
- Protect every founder approaching a renewal or second-payment milestone with a proactive, well-prepared save plan.
- Spot drift before anyone else does, and step in early. You solve problems before founders know they exist.
HOW WE WORK
This is a Work from Office role. You will be based at our Koregaon Park, Pune office, working Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Being present in the office keeps you plugged into the pulse of the business — and for a founder-facing role, that energy matters. We run a lean, no-nonsense operation. No unnecessary meetings. No bureaucracy. Communication happens through WhatsApp — often a quick voice note gets more done than a two-hour meeting ever could. When we do sit down together, it’s purposeful, crisp, and action-oriented. We’re a tight-knit, high-trust team. We prefer hiring people who already believe in the Hyperscale mission — those who know our values from the inside out have a head start that makes all the difference.
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
