About the Role
Chaahat Homes Infratech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Freelance Real Estate Agents to expand our sales network in Gurugram. This opportunity is ideal for experienced real estate professionals, independent property consultants, brokers, and individuals with a strong network of property buyers and investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify potential buyers for residential and commercial properties.
- Promote and sell the company's real estate projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.
- Arrange and coordinate property site visits.
- Follow up with prospective customers and assist them throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with the internal sales team for site visits, negotiations, and closures.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide accurate project information.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in real estate sales/property consulting is preferred.
- Strong network of property buyers, investors, or channel partners will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of the Gurugram real estate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and generate business through personal networks and references.
- Real estate brokers, property consultants, and independent sales professionals are encouraged to apply.
