About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Operations Assistant Manager – Academics to support academic operations and ensure seamless coordination across departments. This role requires excellent planning, communication, and organizational skills to maintain high-quality academic delivery and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support day-to-day academic operations.
- Coordinate faculty schedules, class timetables, and academic calendars.
- Track student attendance, academic progress, and compliance.
- Ensure smooth execution of lectures, examinations, and assessments.
- Coordinate with faculty, student support, and campus operations teams.
- Maintain academic documentation, reports, and MIS records.
- Address operational challenges and student-related academic concerns.
- Drive continuous process improvements while maintaining academic quality standards.
Requirements
- Master's degree preferred.
- 4–5 years of experience in academic operations, educational institutions, or institute administration.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Willingness to relocate from Calicut to Kochi after the initial training period (for the Kochi position).
