Motorcycle Service Advisor & Technician
The Royal Aviators | Training Provided
Turn Your Passion for Motorcycles Into a Career
The Royal Aviators is looking for a motorcycle enthusiast who enjoys working with bikes, learning how they work, and providing excellent service to customers.
You do not need to be a qualified or experienced motorcycle mechanic.
For us, attitude, enthusiasm, communication skills and willingness to learn are more important than formal mechanical qualifications. We will provide training in our specific motorcycle servicing, inspection and workshop procedures.
What You’ll Do
* Assist with motorcycle servicing, inspections and basic repairs
* Learn fault identification and troubleshooting
* Perform routine maintenance under guidance
* Prepare motorcycles to our required safety and presentation standards
* Speak with customers about servicing, repairs and motorcycle-related queries
* Explain basic technical matters to customers in a clear and professional way
* Maintain service and maintenance records
* Help manage workshop bookings and customer follow-ups
* Maintain a clean, organised and professional workshop
* Learn The Royal Aviators’ specific procedures and service standards
Who We’re Looking For
We are particularly interested in someone who:
* Genuinely loves motorcycles
* Has good knowledge of bikes through personal interest, riding, maintenance or modifications
* Speaks good conversational English
* Is confident and polite when dealing with customers
* Has good communication and interpersonal skills
* Is comfortable using basic tools
* Has a practical mindset and enjoys solving problems
* Is willing to learn mechanical and technical skills
* Is reliable, punctual and responsible
* Takes pride in their work and presentation
Mechanical Experience
Previous motorcycle workshop or mechanical experience will be an advantage, but it is not essential.
If you are someone who spends your free time learning about motorcycles, working on your own bike, watching technical content, going on rides, discussing bikes or simply loves being around motorcycles, we would like to hear from you.
What We Provide
* On-the-job training
* Training in our specific servicing and maintenance procedures
* Opportunity to develop practical motorcycle technical skills
* Customer service and service-advisor experience
* Opportunity to grow with The Royal Aviators
* A role where your passion for motorcycles is valued
Who Should Apply?
This role could suit a young motorcycle enthusiast, rider, automotive enthusiast, service advisor, mechanically minded person or someone wanting to build a career in the motorcycle industry.
Formal qualifications are not our main priority.
We can teach skills. We’re looking for the right attitude, communication and passion for motorcycles.
Interested? Tell Us About Yourself
No CV required.
We’re more interested in who you are, your passion for motorcycles and your willingness to learn than what’s written on a resume.
Send us a short message with:
* Your name, age and location
* Which motorcycle/bike you own or ride (if any)
* Your favourite motorcycle and why
* Any experience you have servicing, repairing or modifying bikes — even if it’s just your own bike
* Your experience dealing with customers or people
* A few lines about why you’d like to join The Royal Aviators
Bonus: Send us a short 30–60 second video introducing yourself and talking about your favourite motorcycle.
No formal mechanic qualification required. If you’ve got the passion, communication skills and right attitude, we can train you.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,500.00 per month
