Job Title: Architect Firm Helper
Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Architect Firm Helper to assist our architectural team with daily office operations and project support. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, have good communication skills, and be able to manage administrative and basic technical tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist architects with day-to-day office and project-related tasks.
- Organize and maintain project files, drawings, and documents.
- Print, scan, photocopy, and bind architectural drawings and reports.
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and clients when required.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the workspace is organized.
- Assist in site visit preparations and documentation.
- Deliver or collect documents from clients, authorities, or consultants when needed.
- Help with basic measurements, data entry, and record keeping.
- Support the team with miscellaneous office duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 10+2, Diploma, or Graduate (any stream).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD or SketchUp is an advantage but not mandatory).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
- Valid driving licence is a plus.

Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in an architectural or construction office is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
