Job Description
Angroos is looking for a creative and responsible Assistant Gift Designer to join our team in Kochi. This role mainly involves assisting senior designers and supporting the founder in handling corporate gifting projects, customer coordination, and enquiry management.
Freshers with creativity and passion for gifting can also apply.
Responsibilities
- Assisting senior gift designers in gift hamper creation and styling
- Supporting the founder in day-to-day gifting operations
- Coordinating corporate gifting projects and bulk orders
- Managing customer enquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, calls, and direct interactions
- Assisting with customer handling and follow-ups
- Helping in product selection, gift arrangement, and presentation
- Coordinating with packing and production teams
- Managing basic office coordination and support activities
- Assisting in showroom and client requirements when needed
Requirements
- Creative mindset and interest in gift designing
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Basic computer and social media knowledge
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
