- Operate and monitor machinery used in the production of HDPE/PPR/PVC pipes, ensuring proper functioning and adherence to production schedules.
- Experience in Plastics, PVC, HDPE, LDPE, PP, Cable, Pipe, or profile extrusion will be added advantage.
- Set up machines according to specifications, including adjusting machine settings, calibrating equipment, and loading raw materials.
- Set up and operate extrusion machines as per production requirements.
- Load raw materials into the hopper and monitor material flow.
- Identify and troubleshoot machine or process issues.
- Set, Monitor and maintain all standard requirements for machine operation for better quality production.
- Adjust machine settings such as temperature, pressure, screw speed, and line speed.
- On time monitoring of the quality of production and immediate actions if any discrepancy in quality.
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Proper and periodic maintenance of machines and monitor and execute housekeeping procedure to keep the machine and workspace neat and tidy.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Experience:
- PVC, CPVC, HDPE, LDPE Pipes Machine Operator: 5 years (Preferred)
- HDPE/PPR/PVC Pipes Machine Operator: 5 years (Preferred)
- Extruder Machine Operator in HDPE Pipes: 5 years (Preferred)
