Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for doctors, nurses, paramedical, allied health, administrative, and support staff.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hospital manpower requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, medical colleges, nursing colleges, and professional networks.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with consultants, department heads, and management.
- Negotiate salary packages within the approved salary structure.
- Coordinate offer release, joining formalities, and pre-employment documentation.
- Verify educational qualifications, registrations, employment history, and references.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, vacancy reports, interview records, and hiring dashboards.
- Ensure recruitment targets and turnaround time (TAT) are achieved.
- Conduct campus recruitment drives at nursing colleges, paramedical institutions, and universities.
- Coordinate consultant doctor recruitment through professional associations and networking.
- Build relationships with medical colleges, nursing colleges, and recruitment consultants.
- Promote the hospital's employer brand through digital recruitment campaigns and social media hiring.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and applicable labour laws during recruitment.
- Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and prepare monthly hiring reports for management.
Required Qualifications
- MBA in Human Resource Management / MSW / PGDM in HR or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within a hospital or healthcare organization.
