The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to create a positive f irst impression for visitors and clients. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner. Manage the front desk and maintain a clean, organized reception area. Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and direct them to the appropriate departments. Maintain visitor records and ensure compliance with security and visitor management protocols. Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with meeting arrangements. Receive, sort, and distribute mail, courier packages, and documents. Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and record maintenance. Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and facility teams as required. Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information to visitors and employees. Perform other front-office and administrative tasks assigned by the client or reporting manager. C andidate Requirements Graduate in any discipline (preferred). 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or Customer Service Executive. Fluent in spoken and written English; knowledge of Hindi is preferred. Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Smart, confident, and professional personality. Well-groomed, presentable, and courteous in appearance and behavior. Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude. Good organizational and multitasking skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and email communication. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Punctual, reliable, and capable of working independently. Preferred Qualities Pleasant and approachable demeanor. Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
