Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant to the Managing Director provides high-level administrative and strategic support to ensure the efficient operation of the MD's office. The role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:Executive Support
- Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Screen calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the MD.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and minutes.
Coordination & Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with department heads to track action items and project updates.
- Draft professional emails, letters, and official communications.
Meeting Management
- Schedule and organize board meetings, leadership meetings, and client meetings.
- Prepare meeting materials and follow up on action items.
- Maintain records of important discussions and decisions.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain confidential documents and records.
- Prepare expense reports and process reimbursements.
- Manage office supplies and administrative requirements for the MD's office.
Project & Business Support
- Assist in preparing MIS reports and business presentations.
- Track key projects and deadlines.
- Support strategic initiatives assigned by the MD.
- Conduct research and compile business information as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- MBA is an added advantage.
Experience
- 3–8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Secretary supporting senior leadership.
- Experience supporting CXO/Director/Managing Director is preferred.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
