Job Summary
The Electrical Supervisor – Signages will be responsible for supervising the installation, testing, and commissioning of various signage boards across project locations. The role involves coordinating with local vendors, government/local authorities, managing manpower, ensuring project completion within timelines, and maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise installation of indoor and outdoor signage boards.
- Ensure proper electrical connections, wiring, mounting, and commissioning of signage systems.
- Coordinate with local vendors for material procurement and service support.
- Liaise with local authorities to obtain required permissions and facilitate smooth project execution.
- Plan and allocate manpower based on project schedules and site requirements.
- Monitor installation activities to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during installation.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within approved timelines.
- Maintain daily progress reports and coordinate with Project Managers.
- Verify material availability and ensure proper utilization at site.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory safety regulations.
- Travel extensively to project sites as per business requirements.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of signage board installation.
- Experience in electrical installation related to illuminated/non-illuminated signages.
- Ability to read installation drawings and layout plans.
- Good vendor coordination and negotiation skills.
- Experience in coordinating with local government authorities.
- Manpower planning and site supervision skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently under project timelines.

Key Requirements
