Qualifications
MBA with specialization in Finance & Marketing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to interpret business data and prepare management reports
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Key Responsibilities
Analyze sales performance, rental and placement machine utilization, and overall business profitability.
Conduct commercial viability assessments for rental/placement proposals, including ROI, payback period, revenue projections, and cost-benefit analysis.
Prepare periodic MIS reports, dashboards, business reviews, and management presentations.
Monitor reagent consumption and contract performance to ensure business sustainability.
Prepare business proposals, commercial comparisons, quotations, and strategic reports.
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Service, Purchase, and Operations teams to collect and analyze business data.
Monitor key business performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend strategies to improve revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.
