· Developing Training schedules & Training Plans.
· Taking classes as per the schedule.
· Communicating Training needs time to time.
· Maintaining databases of all training materials, batch files of trainee & their Placements.
· Coordinating Mobilization, enrolments & counselling of the trainees, creating a batch would be your responsibility.
· Responsible for 100% certification of the trainees in the assessment of the candidates.
· Coordination in Candidates placement, updating the portal with the placement details of the candidates, ensuring 70% batchwise placement of the candidates.
· Certification from SSC in Domain is mandatory.
· Time to time reporting.
· Other assigned tasks.
Graduation /Post Graduation in Commerce
5 Years of Experience in Banking, Accounting, Financial Services, and Insurance/ Retail Asset management
Respective SSC TOT Certified Candidates are highly preferable
Professional exposure to either of the five stated areas is a pre-requisite for a domain trainer. They must also have thorough understanding of Regulatory Requirements of BFSI and knowledge of recognized accounting / taxation software.
Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, ability to work as part of a team; a passion for quality and for developing others; well-organized and focused, eager to learn and keep oneself updated with the latest in the mentioned field.
