Job Summary
The QSR Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient team management, food quality, hygiene compliance, inventory control, and achievement of sales and profitability targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and the ability to manage a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the QSR outlet.
- Ensure smooth restaurant opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
- Monitor speed of service and minimize customer waiting time.
- Ensure compliance with all company SOPs and operational standards.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff.
- Prepare duty rosters and manage shift schedules.
- Conduct daily team briefings and performance reviews.
- Motivate employees to achieve operational and sales goals.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Customer Service
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement service improvements.
- Build customer loyalty through excellent hospitality.
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Increase average order value through upselling and combo promotions.
- Support local marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Drive dine-in, takeaway, and online delivery sales.
Inventory & Cost Control
- Manage inventory levels and stock replenishment.
- Conduct daily and monthly stock audits.
- Minimize food wastage and control operational costs.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement.
Financial Management
- Manage daily cash handling and billing accuracy.
- Prepare daily sales reports and operational MIS.
- Monitor food cost, labor cost, and overall profitability.
- Ensure compliance with financial and audit procedures.
Food Safety & Compliance
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations and food safety standards.
- Conduct regular sanitation and equipment inspections.
- Implement health and safety protocols for staff and customers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in restaurant or QSR operations.
- Prior experience in brands such asMcDonald's, Pizza Hut,Burger King, Haldiram, Bikanerwala, Nathus, or similar QSR chains is preferred.
- Experience in managing restaurant teams and achieving sales targets.
