*Role Overview*
We are looking for an *E-commerce Account Manager* to manage and scale our brand presence across major marketplaces. You will own the P&L of assigned accounts, drive sales growth, and ensure operational excellence.
*Key Responsibilities*
- *Account Management:* Own and manage brand stores on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio. Daily monitoring of catalog, pricing, inventory, and account health.
- *Sales & Growth:* Plan and execute strategies to increase sales, market share, and visibility. Achieve monthly revenue targets.
- *Advertising:* Run and optimize Sponsored Ads - Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Myntra Brand Ads. Manage ad budgets and ROAS.
- *Catalog & Content:* Ensure product listings are SEO optimized with high-converting titles, bullet points, images, and A+ content.
- *Analytics & Reporting:* Track KPIs daily. Prepare reports on sales, traffic, conversion, ad performance, and inventory.
- *Operations:* Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams to resolve issues like returns, claims, and catalog errors.
- *Promotions:* Plan and execute deals, coupons, and marketplace promotions to boost sales during peak periods.
*Required Skills & Qualifications*
- 1-5 years experience in E-commerce Account Management
- Hands-on experience with *Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal*
- Good knowledge of *Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads* and marketplace SEO
- Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter who can work independently and meet targets
