- Prior transportation/logistics experience at a pan-India level is preferred.
- Should have experience managing large-scale transportation operations across multiple cities/states.
- Strong understanding of transportation operations, fleet management, vendor management, and regional logistics.
- Form the top management layer within the operations function and take ownership of the P&L.
- Manage and drive operations across multiple states within the assigned region.
- Identify and acquire new clients to drive business growth.
- Drive overall productivity and operational efficiency across the region.
- Own regional growth across both top line (revenue) and bottom line (net margin).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client leadership teams.
- Act as the highest point of operational escalation for clients within the region.
- Lead and manage Operations Managers and drive team performance.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Compliance, Human Resources, and Performance Review teams.
- Identify operational gaps and implement effective solutions to improve business performance.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
