We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-oriented Social Media Manager to join our team at HeeBee Coffee. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media strategies that strengthen our brand presence, grow our online community, and drive customer engagement across digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, operations, and creative teams to create compelling content that reflects HeeBee Coffee's brand identity and enhances the customer experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, storytelling, content creation, and digital marketing, with a strong understanding of current trends and audience engagement.
Responsibilities:
1. Social media strategy:
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies aligned with HeeBee Coffee's marketing objectives, brand values, and business goals.
2. Content creation and management:
Plan, create, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels. Ensure all content reflects the brand's voice, visual identity, and messaging.
3. Community engagement:
Monitor social media channels daily, respond promptly to comments, messages, and customer inquiries, and foster meaningful interactions to build a loyal online community.
4. Campaign management:
Plan and execute social media campaigns, product launches, promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, and collaborations to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
5. Performance analysis:
Track, analyze, and report on key social media performance metrics, including reach, engagement, follower growth, website traffic, and campaign effectiveness. Use insights to optimize future content and strategies.
6. Trend monitoring:
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, emerging content formats, and industry best practices. Recommend innovative ideas to keep HeeBee Coffee's digital presence fresh and competitive.
7. Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing, design, photography, operations, and café teams to develop creative campaigns and ensure consistent brand communication across all customer touchpoints.
8. Influencer and partnership management:
Identify, coordinate, and manage relationships with influencers, content creators, and brand partners to expand HeeBee Coffee's reach and strengthen brand visibility.
9. Brand consistency:
Ensure all social media communications maintain a consistent tone, style, and visual identity while upholding HeeBee Coffee's brand standards.
10. Paid social media advertising:
Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and return on investment.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field is preferred.
2. Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably within the hospitality, food & beverage, or lifestyle industry.
3. Strong understanding of major social media platforms, content strategies, social media analytics, and digital marketing trends.
4. Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
5. Experience using content creation and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar software.
6. Proficiency in social media management and scheduling platforms, as well as analytics tools.
7. Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging campaigns and visually appealing content.
8. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
9. Knowledge of photography, videography, and short-form video content creation is an added advantage.
10. Passion for coffee, hospitality, and creating memorable brand experiences.
