We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Assistant Business Development Manager to support our business growth initiatives and strengthen customer relationships across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Generate qualified leads through online platforms, market research, networking, and industry databases.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on business opportunities.
- Coordinate with customers regarding product specifications, pricing, samples, and order status.
- Assist in negotiating commercial terms and converting opportunities into sales.
- Conduct market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, sales reports, and business development updates.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, and client meetings when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, and sales activities.
- Support achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Export Sales, or International Trade.
- Experience in the chemical industry will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and online business development tools.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of export procedures and international trade practices.
- Experience managing B2B customers and industrial clients.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation platforms.
- Ability to identify new markets and business growth opportunities.
