Role: Estimation & Design Engineer – MS Structures

About the Role
Kreedum is building a new Construction & Structural Works vertical in Lucknow, initially focused on MS structures, sheds, canopies, mezzanines, institutional/commercial structures and sports structures, with future expansion into PEB.
We need a practical engineer to work directly with management and handle:
Site → Design → BOQ → Costing → Vendor Rates → Quotation
Key Responsibilities
- 2D drawings & layouts using AutoCAD.
- 3D structural concepts using Tekla Structures or Revit.
- Site measurement and requirement understanding.
- BOQ/BOM, quantity estimation and rate analysis.
- MS steel, roofing, labour & material costing.
- Current market-rate and vendor quotation comparison.
- Prepare accurate project cost sheets and client quotations.
- Coordinate with vendors/fabricators and support project execution.
Mandatory
- Diploma/B.Tech Civil or relevant qualification.
- 2–4 years practical experience in MS/structural/PEB/civil construction.
- AutoCAD + Tekla Structures OR Revit + Excel.
- Hands-on BOQ, estimation & rate-analysis experience.
- Basic MS/structural steel and civil construction knowledge.
- Site measurement/execution experience.
Preferred
Experience in MS Fabrication | Structural Steel | PEB | Industrial Sheds | Roofing.
Bonus: Basic 3D interior/architectural visualisation using SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, Enscape, D5 or similar.

Practical Honest Good with numbers Detail-oriented Vendor/site friendly Willing to learn & take ownership
Not suitable: Pure AutoCAD draftsmen, candidates without BOQ/estimation experience, or candidates without practical site exposure.
Growth
You will help build this new vertical from the ground up, working directly with management. Strong performers can grow into a Senior Estimation / Technical / Project role.
Practical design & estimation test may be conducted.
