Area Business Manager – Dermatology/Cosmetology Division
- 2–5 years of experience in the Dermatology/Cosmetology Pharma Segment
- Proven experience in handling an MR team and achieving sales targets
- Strong communication, leadership and territory management skills
- Existing dermatologist network will be an added advantage
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive primary & secondary sales to achieve territory targets
- Lead, coach & develop a team of Medical Representatives
- Strong network with Dermatologists, Cosmetologists
- Execute field work, joint work & brand development activities
- Increase prescriptions, conversions
- Monitor doctor coverage, call average, reporting & territory productivity
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
- Ensure effective implementation of promotional strategies
- Analyze sales performance and initiate corrective actions
- Build and maintain distributor relationships
Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹660,000.00 per year
