Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and creative Jr. Web Designer with 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of modern web design principles, responsive layouts, and cross-browser compatibility. You will be responsible for converting design mockups into clean, efficient, and user-friendly HTML/CSS code.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert PSD/Figma/Adobe XD designs into responsive HTML/CSS web pages.
- Proficient working with Adobe XD, Photoshop, Figma or similar design tools.
- Ensure designs are mobile-friendly and compatible across different browsers and devices.
- Optimize web pages for performance and fast loading.
- Maintain and update existing websites as required.
- Follow best practices for HTML5, CSS3, and accessibility standards.
- Work closely with developers to integrate front-end designs with back-end systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or a related field (preferred).
- 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Web designers
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and JavaScript/jQuery.
- Good understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience working with Figma, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
- Basic knowledge of SEO-friendly HTML structure.
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under deadlines.
