Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Sales professional with 3–4 years of experience in the Printing Industry, preferably with experience in Flexographic, Gravure printing machinery, printing equipment, converting machinery, or technical sales.
The candidate will be responsible for developing business for IR, UV, UV LED and related industrial curing/drying solutions across the printing and converting industry.
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of printing processes, machinery and production requirements and be able to identify customer applications where technical solutions can improve curing, drying, productivity, energy efficiency and overall process performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities within the printing, packaging and converting industry.
- Identify potential customers and applications for IR, UV, UV LED and related curing/drying solutions.
- Understand customer processes, machinery, production requirements and technical challenges.
- Conduct technical discussions with Production Heads, Plant Heads, Maintenance Heads, Purchase Teams and Business Owners.
- Visit customer plants to understand existing machine configurations, processes and technical requirements.
- Study customer applications and recommend suitable technical solutions in coordination with the internal technical team.
- Generate leads through customer visits, industry contacts, references, exhibitions and market research.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals based on customer requirements.
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions and solution demonstrations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for trials, demonstrations, testing and implementation at customer sites.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, trials and commercial negotiations until order closure.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Identify opportunities for machine replacement, system upgrades, retrofits and new installations.
- Maintain customer visit reports, sales pipeline and regular follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Travel extensively to customer locations as required.

- Strong understanding of printing machinery, production processes and customer applications
- Ability to understand technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and customer-handling skills
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits
