Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Interior Project Manager to oversee and manage interior design and fit-out projects from planning to final handover. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with designers, vendors, site teams, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end interior projects from design stage to final execution and handover.
- Coordinate with design team, production team, vendors, and contractors.
- Prepare and track project timelines, budgets, and resource planning.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress regularly.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications.
- Handle client communication and project updates.
- Resolve site issues, delays, and coordination challenges.
- Ensure material procurement and delivery timelines are maintained.
- Maintain project documentation and reporting.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in interior project management or site execution.
- Experience in residential or commercial interior projects.
- Good knowledge of interior materials, execution processes, and site management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD / project documentation tools is an advantage.
Preferred Qualification
- Degree / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.
