About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-friendly Curtain Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for meeting customers, understanding their curtain requirements, showing suitable fabric and design options, and converting enquiries into sales.
Key Responsibilities -
Meet customers at their homes or other locations as required. - Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferred curtain designs. - Show and explain different curtain fabrics, colours, designs, and options. - Take accurate measurements when required. - Prepare quotations and follow up with customers. - Generate new customer leads through local marketing and referrals. - Convert enquiries into confirmed orders. - Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers. - Coordinate with the curtain/wallpaper team for order completion and installation. - Achieve monthly sales targets. - Maintain basic records of enquiries, follow-ups, and sales.
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills. - Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude. - Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling. - Willingness to travel locally to meet customers. - Previous experience in curtain, interior, furniture, home décor, or field sales is an advantage. - Freshers with good communication and sales ability can also apply. - Knowledge of the local area is preferred.
