Business Development Executive
Our growing Pharma business is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company’s customer service policies, and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: 4 lpa to 5lpa/-
Minimum Experience: 2-5 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and generate leads through networking and field visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Handle client inquiries, presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create campaigns, promotions, and digital content.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide market insights to management.
- Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing/Business Administration (mandatory).
- Fluency in Kannada and Hindi,and English.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes.
