Job Summary
Responsible for leading mechanical maintenance activities in the DRI plant to ensure high equipment availability, reliability, safe operations, and minimum downtime through effective preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, breakdown, and shutdown maintenance.
- Maintain rotary kiln, cooler, conveyors, crushers, fans, pumps, gearboxes, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Improve equipment reliability through root cause analysis and condition monitoring.
- Lead and develop the maintenance team and manage contractor activities.
- Coordinate with Production, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Stores for smooth plant operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and maintenance budgets.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
