We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Real Estate Sourcing Executive to generate quality leads and bring prospective buyers for residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience in real estate sales, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, walk-ins, digital platforms, and field activities.
- Identify and connect with potential buyers interested in residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct client meetings to understand their property requirements and budget.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested customers.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and offers to clients.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with the Closing Team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and brokers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sourcing targets and contribute to overall sales growth.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.
Required Skills

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
