Content Moderator
We are looking for a Content Moderator to review, monitor, and manage user-generated content across our platform. The ideal candidate will ensure that all content complies with company guidelines, community standards, and legal requirements while maintaining a safe and engaging user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Review user-generated content, including comments, posts, images, videos, and profiles.
- Remove or flag content that violates company policies or community guidelines.
- Identify spam, abusive language, hate speech, harassment, misinformation, and inappropriate content.
- Monitor live content and take prompt action when policy violations occur.
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate internal teams.
- Maintain high accuracy and consistency while reviewing large volumes of content.
- Document moderation decisions and prepare reports when required.
- Stay updated on moderation policies, platform guidelines, and emerging content trends.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Operations teams to improve moderation quality.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve moderation processes and user experience.
- Ensure confidentiality while handling sensitive user information.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in content moderation, customer support, trust & safety, or social media operations is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with moderation tools or CRM platforms.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted moderation tools is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
