Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital pharmacy, ensuring efficient medication management, regulatory compliance, inventory control, and high-quality patient service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily pharmacy operations and staff.
- Ensure safe dispensing of medications as per regulations.
- Maintain inventory, procurement, and stock control.
- Ensure compliance with NABH, Pharmacy Act, and hospital policies.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing, and other departments.
- Monitor documentation, audits, and quality standards.
- Train and supervise pharmacy personnel.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management.
- Knowledge of hospital pharmacy operations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with hospital information systems (HIS).
