Lead end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research projects, from proposal development to final client presentations.

Design research methodologies, discussion guides, questionnaires, and research frameworks aligned to business objectives.

Conduct and oversee interviews, focus groups, ethnographic studies, usability testing, diary studies, surveys, and journey mapping.

Synthesize qualitative and quantitative findings into compelling, executive-ready stories and strategic recommendations.

Translate research outcomes into actionable business insights using strong storytelling and visualization techniques.

Advise clients on appropriate research strategies and act as a trusted strategic partner.

Manage client relationships, project delivery, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications.

Develop proposals and support business development through insight-led consulting and account expansion.

Ensure methodological rigor, quality standards, and excellence across all research deliverables.

Mentor and guide junior researchers while fostering collaboration and capability building across mixed-method research teams.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Psychology, Sociology, Business, Statistics, or a related discipline.

10–12 years of experience in qualitative and quantitative market research across multiple industries and global markets.

Proven expertise in research design, consumer insights, and strategic consulting.
