Background: Civil engineer with landscape site experience, OR– Agricultural or horticultural engineer with hands-on site supervision experience– Candidates from related fields who have genuine landscape project experience are welcome to apply
Core Technical Skills: Irrigation — system layout, pipe network, drip and sprinkler installation, automation– Hardscape — pathway design execution, stone laying, kota and cobble stone, drainage– Softscape — planting, soil preparation, planting medium mixing, mulching– Earthwork — grading, levelling, slope management, filling and compaction– Soil and plant knowledge — planting medium, nutrition, species selection inputs– Reading and working from design drawings, layout plans, and BOQ– Coordinating with civil contractors, irrigation vendors, and labour teams– Managing junior supervisors and ground staff
Role Responsibilities: Primary technical person for all ongoing project sites– Take technical decisions on site independently and communicate clearly with the project team and MD– Drive every work order from mobilisation through to client handover– Snag identification, punch-list completion, and smooth handover process– Coordinate with architects, consultants, and civil teams on site– Contribute to internal planning, scheduling, and operations decisions– Support AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) sites and teams– Willing to stay on-site or near-site during project phases.
Travel: Based in Kozhikode (Calicut), Kerala. Regular travel required across Kerala, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu depending on project locations.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
