Location: Trivandrum, Kerala
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on Experience)
Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and according to quality standards. The ideal candidate should have practical site experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate with engineers, contractors, and workers.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations and construction activities.
- Coordinate and manage site labour, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.
- Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with drawings and specifications.
- Maintain site safety standards and enforce safety regulations.
- Coordinate material requirements and monitor material usage.
- Report daily work progress to the Project Engineer/Project Manager.
- Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain site records, attendance, and progress reports.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in construction/interior projects.
- Good knowledge of construction methods and site execution.
- Ability to read construction drawings.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office is an added advantage.
- Valid driving licence is preferred.
